Newbold
From the M1 Northbound:
Leave at junction 22, following signs to Coalville A511, follow all the way to Ashby A42 roundabout. Go straight over this roundabout as if going to Ashby then at the next roundabout take a right towards Lount. Stay on this road for approx. 2 miles before taking the right turn signposted Newbold. Continue for approx. 1 mile before turning left signposted Pipe Yard Lane Works. At the end of this lane turn left onto Worthington lane, pass the Cross Keys Pub on your left then on the bend take a left down the lane again Signposted Pipe Yard Lane Works. We are at the bottom of the lane through the gates.
From the M1 Southbound:
At junction 23A follow signs for M/A42. Leave A42 at junction 13 signed Ashby / Coalville and take your first left to Coleorton. Take the first left signposted Hathern and Newbold then at the cross roads take a left again towards Newbold. Take your first right into School Lane then follow round passing the Cross Keys Pub on your left. On the bend you will see a lane on the left hand side signposted Pipe Yard Lane Works, We are at the bottom of that lane through the gates.
From M/A42 Northbound:

Take your first right into School Lane then follow round passing the Cross Keys Pub on your left. On the bend you will see a lane on your left signposted Pipe Yard Lane Works, we are at the bottom of that lane through the gates.
From M/ Southbound:

From the North, leave the M1 at Junction 31, take the 1st exit off the roundabout onto the A57 towards Worksop.From the M1 Southbound:
From the South, leave the M1 at Junction 31, take the 3rd exit off the roundabout onto the A57 towards Worksop. When on the A57: After about 1.5 miles at the first set of traffic lights turn left onto the B6463 (Todwick Road). Pass the Thornberry Animal Sanctuary on the right and take your next right turn onto Houghton Road. We are the second unit on the right (just past Abbey Way on the left).
